My Resume
I have been an independent para-legal for the past 12 years
since I retired from IBM after 36 years as a service technician, service manager
and systems management specialist. My tenure with IBM provided me with
considerable legal training and experience. I am very active in my local Lions
Club and other volunteer organizations which prompted me to investigate the
business of setting up 501(c)(3) organizations. Over the years, these
"Foundations" have provided hundreds of thousands of dollars for their
organizations as funding for the humanitarian outreach efforts so critical to
our community life and well being. I have never had an IRS application denied.
